System Inventory
We offer a detailed inventory of Windows-based systems at a very low cost per system. This vital information can be used to validate software licenses, uncover software keys, document service tags and serial numbers, provide configuration details, identify missing hotfixes and more. An independent 3rd party inventory performed by Acosta Technologies provides great documentation for insurance purposes. The process takes less than 15 per system. System Audits
A system audit takes the inventory process several steps further. Fisrt, we work with your staff to validate the purchase of all documented software licenses. Next, we contact each vendor to validate that what our reports show coincides with their records. If there is a descrepancy, we notify you and assist with negotiating a settlement with the vendorl.
