RECURRING ON-SITE

Recurring onsite support provides you and your organization with scheduled onsite network maintenance. This service gives you the flexibility to determine how often and for how long you would like an experienced, certified engineer maintaining the health of your network. Recurring onsite is often part of a comprehensive support package.

TIME & MATERIAL

The time and materials on-site support service option is available to resolve those problems that cannot be solved remotely. It can also be used for service requests that require less than eight hours of on-site support. Time and materials on-site support service is provided on a next available basis. Scheduling may vary depending on the number of hours needed to complete your request and the availability of our support staff.
